Terms and Conditions

When you purchase one of our courses or training sessions or sign up for one of our web design packages, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.


Cancellations and Refunds

We require 48 hours notice to reschedule or cancel any training.  If you cancel within the 48 hours you forfeit any refund.


Refunds will not be made for individuals or organisations that fail to attend a training session.  If you cannot attend training you may send another person in your place at no additional charge.  

Rescheduling Training or Courses

We require 48 hours notice to reschedule your training or course.  If you have paid in full, we can offer an alternative date within 30 days of the original booking date.


If an attendee is sick, we will reschedule your training for another day within 30 days of the original booking.  We do not offer refunds if the attendee is sick.


Plugins and Themes

There are thousands of WordPress plugins and themes which means we cannot know every detail about every plugin or theme.  Therefore, we hold no responsibility for the functionality of third party applications whether they are free or paid.

We can discuss your plugins and themes and make suggestions based on our experience, but the individual purchases themes and plugins at their own risk.

We can set up any plugin or theme but are no responsible for poor performing themes and plugins but we will do our best to help you with any issues you have.



All of our e-books have been written by Studio 5 Creative and are intended for the exclusive use of the purchaser, you cannot share them with others, either electronically or printed.  No part of our training or e-books may be reproduced, copied, stored or transmitted in any form without written permission by Studio 5 Creative.



Studio 5 Creative may suggest a web hosting provider for your website during your course or training. These suggestions are informed by our current experiences with the company. However, we do not assume responsibility for these hosting services, as they are third-party entities beyond our control.

Occasionally, these companies may be acquired by cheaper overseas firms, potentially leading to a decline in service quality and reliability. Consequently, we cannot be held accountable if you’re dissatisfied with the provided service.

Typically, we’ll identify a new provider based on fresh research and recommend migrating your website accordingly. If you’re currently paying us to host your site on a third-party platform that fails to meet expectations, we’ll gladly transfer your website to the new provider at no cost.

Your feedback regarding any issues with the hosting service is valuable to us. It helps us assess whether the company remains suitable for our recommendations.
